    An accountant by training, Larry Weltman serves as a Customer Service Representative for AccessEasyFunds Limited (AEF), an Ontario-based firm that provides commission advances at affordable prices to Canadian real estate agents and brokers. Larry is also the founder of Weltman Consulting, a firm that specializes in strategic planning, administration management consulting, and marketing consulting for Canadian real estate professionals.

     

    Throughout his career with AccessEasyFunds, Larry has been a long-serving team player who works with the company’s realtor and brokerage clients.

     

    Over the course of his time with the company, Larry has been able to watch many realtors expand their business, using AccessEasyFunds as a key financial tool. Clients have praised him for his commitment to excellent customer service that goes above and beyond expectations.

    With growth a major goal for both Larry and AccessEasyFunds, he had made reaching out to new and potential customers to be a rewarding part of his day. He also makes it a priority to understand his client’s industry and how to help them reach their potential in the real estate market.

     

    Larry has made it a priority to understand the needs of each customer, which helps him stay dedicated to customer satisfaction and provide same-day service to his agents.

     

    He is committed to staying up-to-date with what is happening in the real estate sector so that he can better understand the world his customers live and work in.

     

    Outside of work, Larry is dedicated to his physical fitness. In addition to working out daily, he has competed in races and triathlons like the 1992 Ironman Canada competition. He is also a big fan of watching European soccer and spending time with his wife and children.
